In an effort to enable the Human Resources community to have greater access to our program, the Rutgers University Master’s in Human Resource Management program has worked in concert with major corporations to teach courses at facilities throughout New Jersey. We are currently seeking to expand the number of our academic partnerships with corporations throughout the Tri-state area, creating new opportunities for both individuals and corporations to achieve their Human Resources goals.

A partnership with the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations can be designed to offer “campus in your conference room” courses that are either open to the general public or limited to employees of the corporation hosting the off-campus program. Many companies see these programs not only as an effective way to enhance the skills of their current employees, but also as an important part of their overall retention and recruitment strategy, enabling them to offer a unique educational benefit to their current and prospective employees.

If you are interested in learning more about the possibility of developing an on-site program at your location, please contact Charles Fay, Professor and Chair, HRM Department by phone at 732-445-5831 or by email at cfay@rci.rutgers.edu.
