In our desire to bring our program's offerings to more of the HR community, the Master's in Human Resources program has worked in concert with major corporations to teach courses at facilities throughout New Jersey.
We offer our students, many of whom work full-time, the flexibility in terms of scheduling and programs that enables them to advance their education while continuing their careers.
This program uniquely offers a variety of educational opportunities – from completing their undergraduate degrees to beginning work on their Master's.
Students can attend our off-site courses to:

- Earn credits toward their Master's in Human Resource Management at Rutgers
The School of Management and Labor
Relations now offers the same quality Master's in
Human Resource Management program to students at the
Jersey City location. This opportunity gives students
access to Rutgers' comprehensive MHRM program, including
the benefits of internationally recognized faculty
who bring a wealth of expertise to the classroom,
while having the advantage of being in the New York
Metropolitan area, where there are endless possibilities
for working with a large range of companies and market
leaders.
With its prime location, the Jersey
City campus allows students to work either full- or
part-time so that they may continue their careers
while enhancing their experiences through the MHRM
program, which provides an education focused on learning
from today's HR leaders so that the students can be
the HR leaders of the future. Coupling the educational
environment of learning from experts in the HR field
with opportunities for internships and other forms
of employment with Fortune 100 and 500 companies in
the area, students gain an incomparable abundance
of knowledge through the MHRM program that will further
their careers as HR professionals.

the School of Management and Labor Relations, expresses,
