1. Enrollment can be part-time or full-time.
  2. Classes are offered late afternoons and evenings Monday through Thursday as well as all day on Saturdays for a half semester for the convenience of working students. Classes are also offered in the summer.
  3. The program is offered in Piscataway on the Livingston Campus of Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
  4. By combining graduate coursework with undergraduate study in management in New Brunswick, the MHRM program can be completed in one (1) year.
  5. GRE or GMAT scores are required for admission to the MHRM program. Applications are accepted for the fall, spring, or summer terms.
  6. The school maintains a specialized library within the Rutgers 3 million volume library system with access to journals, reporting services, and databases in human resource management and industrial relations.
  7. Financial assistance is available to a limited number of exceptionally well-qualified students. Residence life staff positions, and need-based grants, loans, and work-study jobs are also available.
  8. Paid internships are available and are strongly recommended for students without prior experience in HRM.
  9. The program offers a placement service for students with numerous major organizations.
