Haein Won is a Ph.D. student in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She joined the program in Fall 2025. She earned her master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Missouri State University. Her current research interests include temporal changes in individual job performance and employee turnover.
