The School of Management and Labor Relations offers individuals with bachelor’s degrees the chance to obtain graduate certificates consisting of four graduate-level courses.

Graduate certificate programs through the School of Management and Labor Relations involve a series of regular graduate courses. Credits can later be transferred to one of the master’s programs offered by the School of Management and Labor Relations.

For students currently in a Rutgers graduate program, a certificate offers the opportunity to add knowledge and practical skills in complementary areas to enrich your course of study. By choosing electives that lead to a certificate, you can have a “concentration” that you can put on your resume and a “certificate” that will appear on your transcript.

Certificate courses may include approved, select undergraduate courses taken for graduate credit after students are admitted to the program.  Students must earn a B or better for a course to count toward the certificate.
