Although women have made great strides in the workforce over the past 50 years, they still represent only a small percentage of leadership positions in many industries across the country. Significant gaps still exist between them and their male counterparts, and many studies show that these gaps persist even when we account for variables such as education, experience, industry, and number of hours worked. This webinar sets the stage for attendees to think about their own professional advancement by helping them understand the importance of developing a personal leadership plan.

Learn to:

  • Identify barriers that exist for women in today’s workplaces
  • Recognize their “why” and connect it to their own vision statement and overall goals
  • Develop a personal leadership plan framework for themselves
