Hannah Park is a doctoral student at the School of Management and Labor Relations. Her research interest is broadly in human resource management at various levels. Specifically, she is interested in studying how employees with diverse backgrounds can improve their outcomes at individual-, group-, and organization-levels. Her current research projects include inclusive leadership, diversity-valuing behavior, and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Prior to joining the program, Hannah earned her bachelor’s degrees with double majors in Economics and Business Administration from Dongguk University in South Korea and her master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She built practical experiences working for the Business Development Bank of Canada and Lotte Shopping, one of the largest South Korean conglomerates. Along with her husband’s international assignment, Hannah has lived in Bogota, Colombia, for about a year.
