Youjeong Song is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She received her Ph.D. From the Work and Organizations Department at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

Song's research centers on individuals not fitting into organizations or society, aiming to understand the experiences of people from diverse backgrounds and promote supportive environments for them. Song has two primary research streams: (1) workplace language diversity and barriers, and (2) stereotypes and unfair treatments against groups of people with specific social identities, such as gender and migrant status.
