Hadi El-Farr is an Associate Teaching Professor of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. He is also the founder and director of the Online Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program at Rutgers, which was established in the Fall of 2019.

Dr. El-Farr's teaching focuses on global HRM practices, talent acquisition, and strategic HRM. His research examines employee turnover and burnout, as well as the role of HRM in knowledge management. Professionally, he has worked on optimizing HR practices, particularly in areas such as HR planning, employee recruitment and selection methods, compensation systems, and performance management systems.

Dr. El-Farr is actively engaged in several areas beyond his academic work. He delivers executive and professional development programs, speaks at various professional events, and participates in professional associations. He has published numerous articles in academic journals, presented at various academic conferences, and authored several book chapters aimed at academics, students, and practitioners. His passion lies in promoting student success and advancing the field of human resources.
