HRM Department Opening - Teaching Instructor (Non-Tenure Track)

The Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire one non-tenure track Teaching Instructor who can teach a range of courses (i.e., Compensation, Training and Development, Staffing, HR Analytics, and Finance for HR Manager) in our undergraduate and graduate Human Resource Management programs.

This position is on an annual contract with possible renewal contingent on successful performance and budgetary support.

Working under the direction of the Department Chair, some of the responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Teach 7 courses per year in our undergraduate and graduate online and in-person programs and other courses the department chair may assign;
  • Work closely with undergraduate and graduate program directors, faculty, and staff.
