David Kryscynski (DK) is an associate professor of strategy at School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University.  He received his Ph.D. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. His research broadly focuses on strategic human capital issues with more focused interests on non-monetary worker incentives and value creation and capture when workers are involved. His work has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Academy of Management Review, Management Science, Journal of Management, and other top management journals.
