What are the deadlines to apply for the Rutgers MHRM Program?

The deadline for Summer is May 1st.

The deadline for Fall is August 1st.

The deadline for Spring is December 1st.

When does the program start?

Applicants can start their degree during the Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters. 

The Spring 2023 semester starts on January 17, 2023.

The Summer 2023 semester starts on May 30, 2023.

The Fall 2023 semester starts on September 5, 2023.

How do I apply for the program?

Applications to the program are submitted through the Rutgers Graduate and Professional Admissions online application system. You can apply online at the following link. The first step in the application process is creating an account by choosing a login ID and PIN. Once you begin an application for admission, you may save your progress and return to the application later to complete it. If you experience difficulty with the online application and need an alternative method, please contact us.

What transcripts do I need to submit as part of my application for admission to the program?

All applicants need to submit transcripts from all colleges and universities that they have attended. Proof of attaining a bachelor’s degree is a program requirement.

Does the program accept international students?

International students are highly encouraged to apply. The admission process is the same for all students. International students need to meet all program requirements and demonstrate English proficiency by submitting TOEFL or IELTS scores.

Is the Rutgers MHRM a STEM designated master's degree?

Yes! The Rutgers Master of Human Resource Management is the only graduate Human Resources program that is STEM designated.
