Image of Center for Women and Work 30th Anniversary Celebration

This year we are celebrating our 30th anniversary!

Since our founding, we have grown into a nationally recognized leader in research and programs focusing on the impact of women’s participation in the workforce, with an emphasis on working women in New Jersey. At the Center, we know that preparing women to become economic, political, and social actors impacts communities and policy choices, and makes institutions more representative. We are committed to continuing our work toward addressing structural inequalities, valuing women’s work, and promoting policies and practices that advance gender equity.

We invite you to join us in honoring our community partners and past leaders for this celebration. We are excited to recognize the work that supports women in their homes, workplaces, and communities.
