The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way we work and challenged organizations to adapt and evolve in unprecedented ways. Our virtual conference is dedicated to exploring how employers can successfully manage the post-COVID workforce and revitalize their organizations.

Over the course of two days, we will be hosting four panels, each focusing on a different region: the United States, South America, China, and Europe. During these panels, we will delve into the subtopics of wellness, leadership development, compensation strategies, and mental health post-COVID, as well as discuss how the workforce has been revitalized in each region.

We have gathered a diverse group of experts, leaders, and professionals from various industries to share their insights, experiences, and best practices for managing the post-COVID workforce. The graduate student chapter of RUSHRM at the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations organizes this business conference annually to provide HR professionals with the opportunity to learn and discuss the latest HR trends, hot topics, and best practices.
