The Rutgers Master of Labor and Employment Relations (MLER) Program has a Dual Degree option with Rutgers University Law School. Students accepted into the law program who are also MLER students may have as many as twelve credits transferred into each program.

This option cannot be exercised retroactively, so it is important that students contact us in a timely manner to plan their academic path toward the Dual MLER/JD Degree. Those interested in pursuing this option should contact MLER Program Director Francis Ryan for more information.
