(Ph.D., Erasmus University Rotterdam, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Public Administration).  Research Topic: The role of employee ownership in the organizational culture of certified B Corporation companies.  Methodology:  Literature review, interviews, and case studies.

Methodology:  Interviews and quantitative analysis.



The 2013-2014 Fellow

Frank Shipper, the first Kevin Ruble Fellow, is writing a book entitled, Shared Entrepreneurship: A Path to Engaged Employee Ownership. The book will provide instructional material using case studies and other approaches to illustrate how shared reward systems and shared leadership have been brought together in a number or organizations and yielded abnormally positive returns because together they stimulate shared entrepreneurship. He will explore the issues involved in developing an ethical, dynamic, freedom-based environment where workers are encouraged to step forward with new ideas, given the support and appropriate resources to develop these ideas, and then provided with shares in the rewards of success. He is is a professor of management at the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.
